I love this flourish. It's short but elegant, and has a sort of mechnical flair about it. It looks just great, from the performer's angle and the spectator's as well. The move is taught slowly, step by step and in great detail, so you can't possibly have a lack of understanding in the method. The rest is just practice. In my opinion, this flourish would be more likely intermediate than advanced. I got the hang of it pretty quickly and after about a month of trying it out here and there, it just gets memorized by your muscles. You'll see that eventually you don't even need to think about what you're doing, it'll just happen on its own. It's sort of a knack, like any short flourish, so just play with it.
