Gate 22 is a real cut - no cards remain in the same position as start. This is an awesome way to show your cuts when you want to shuffle the deck. I personally like this cut because it needs only a small area to perform. So, I can do the cuts anywhere I want. And the swirl makes the move look impressive.

Gate 22 is by far the simplest flourish on Papercuts. The mixture of spins and cuts make this flourish very pleasing to the eye.
