Limited edition Daniel Madison playing cards produced by Theory11 with a quality finish. The back design, made up of small ornamental logos, utilizes such a small amount of ink that it makes Players incredibly smooth and durable.
True to Daniel Madison's character the deck was designed with a secret code revealing the identity of each and every card.
The deck is packaged in a white linen box, giving it a subtle texture.
The stock is soft and thin like the stingers deck, yet even more awesome and durable. Madison said that his favorite thing about a deck of cards is the control one can have on it, and this deck definitely reflects that. The thickness and finish makes handling these a pleasure.
The appearance is quite minimal, making it subtle, beautiful and professional. A Madison deck had to have his touch in some amazing way, after all his ingenious methods in "Blood". The faded border is also something that really appeals to me.Adding to the magnificent card design is the box, with its shimmering silver and fantastic texture on the surface.
Get your hands on these if you haven't already, you will not be disappointed.
The cards are a stark black and white save for the bit of grey in the faded borders. The markings are small and difficult to detect, even if you are looking for markings. Once you know the secret, though, these can be read across the table with good eyesight or glasses.
The system is set up in such a way that you don't have to "read" or count for a card. Instead you learn to see the patter much like we read letters and words.
