Paul Wilson supplements a vast and diverse knowledge of card magic with a superlative technique and exceptional grasp and application of misdirection. He is from Scotland and has learned well from Roy Walton and also has an excellent grounding in the works of John Ramsay. Further he is one of the premier exponents of the near legendary Fred Robinson techniques for false dealing.
Mr. Wilson has had a number of video projects featuring his own work, and all are highly recommended, however, his work on the Royal Road to Card Magic is of exceptional value. Unlike some of the video treatments of Erdnase, Mr. Wilson knows the Royal Road inside and out and guides the student through the course with tremendous aplomb. He also has a number of lecture notes and contributions to books and magazines that are well worth searching for, and we all look forward to the day when he puts out a large book of his thoughts and material, if large books do indeed bother to exist anymore.

In this tutorial, there are several ways to do double lift. Some methods don't require any break beforehand, and these are very natural ways to do the sleight. Another methods might require a break, but the lift look so impossible to be 2 cards. Others are also nice, and fun to practice. Finally, Paul Wilson also added a bonus trick which require a lot of double lift, very good for practicing the sleight. And the effect is also great.
