In effect, a single card is held up to a candles flame, or beam of light, revealing the identity through the cards transparent nature. When the card is removed from the source of light and turned over, an entirely different card appears. It is a magical moment and a mysterious event your audience will not forget. I am impressed by the work on the card, but not sure about the choice of the value. I got the Bee back, and I can actually see the red card (8H) through the back as well or better than the black (AS). I don't know if there's just too much red on the 8 to be hidden by the Bee back. I'll just have to look for some kind of lighting to better obscure the 8H.

I have seen these Mysterious Hofzinser Cards in action before but never applied to custom playing cards. What a great idea. Can't wait to get my hands on some!

I have been fascinated with these cards since I first saw them in action. It is so cool that you can see through them! These are great cards and they take workmanship in creating these cards. These are nicely made and you can make up dozens of effects with these cards. These cards should be a buy for every magician.

Even if you don't do magic with cards, but like to collect really great magic items, grab these. They are so cool. I love creating around this illusion. Gets my juices flowing for the what if's and how to really show an audience something that I know that they have never seen before with a "normal" deck of cards. Great in intimate settings with low light especially. The gasps you'll get from people pay for these babies from the get go. So, get going and buy a card or two or three.. it will inspire you to no end.

When I saw this product, I immediately added it to my cart and I definitely did not regret my decision. It's really very cool. I have performed it many times and no one suspected a thing at all. It looks like an ordinary playing card and feels like one too! I definitely recommend getting some! :)
