Two face-up Kings are inserted at right angles into the center of the deck. As they pass through, one mysteriously turns face down. The effect is repeated, however, this time the face of the King disappears right before your eyes. For the third demonstration, a selected card having been lost into the deck appears face down between the Kings as they pass through the deck.

We've taken this classic and usually boring effect and given it STYLE. Two cards are selected and lost in the deck. As the four aces are magically produced, the selections mysteriously appear between them. This is as visual as it gets!

The spectator is instructed to push their protruding card flush with the deck... By this time the card is already in your mouth.

After a spectator secretly writes down a prediction on a piece of paper five freely chosen cards are shown and placed face-up into the center of the deck. Behold one of the oldest and most beautiful color changes in card magic. In this tutorial Ricky Smith teaches how to visually change one card into another along with one of our favorite card tricks by Victor Farelli called Up His Sleeve.

The three of clubs is shown at the fingertips in the left hand. You explain how the pips on the card are removable and you pinch the center pip of the three with the fingertips of the right hand. In a quick action, you visually pull off the center pip of the three leaving the ace of clubs in your right hand the two of clubs in your left hand. These cards can be cleanly shown front and back. You can then go on to replace the pip by tossing the ace into the two in which it visually transforms back into the three.

This trick is so visual. The cards are always at the fingertips and face up. No duplicate cards or gimmicks required.

If you're familiar with the Gamblers Cop you'll be pleased with what Paul Wilson has to offer this time around. The Killer Cop is an excellent technique to steal one or multiple cards from the center of the deck in the natural action of cutting the deck.

From a shuffled deck your spectator is asked to gather a group of cards, at random, onto the table. It's at this point you instruct him/her to deal the cards into three poker hands using a "secret code" known only to gamblers. The end result is a miracle. Fair Deal Kid is completely self-working and can be performed instantly after watching this tutorial.

A selected card is cleanly pushed into the deck and immediately controlled to the bottom with no apparent sleight of hand. Learn two version of this control along with a handful of applications including our version of The General Card, a Multiple Shift, a Switch, and a card at any number solution.

The deck is fanned and a card cleanly inserted. By the time the deck is closed the card is already palmed! This is one of the most direct card controls in Paul's repertoire. It works like a well oiled machine and is probably much easier than you might think!

Here's a fun packet trick that you'll love to perform. The four sixes are shown while the performer jokes about how if he turns the six around and change it to a nine (pointing to an upside down six from the spectators point of view). The next time the performer turns them around, they really do change to nines and the cards can be handed out for examination.

These are three qualities we've come to appreciate in Lee Asher's material - and Panini is no exception. This entry-level card routine is impromptu, works under fire and never fails to impress.

Visually dynamic, the effect couldn't be simpler: The deck is removed and only four cards are presented, the two red Kings and and the two black fours. With one pair sandwiched between the other, they visually trade places under impossible conditions. The plot builds in three phases with the final trasposition happening in a spectators own hand.

As the cards are sprung face up from hand to hand, the dealer is able to stop dead on an Ace. This is repeated three more times until all four Aces have been found. An impeccable feat to say the least.

From a deck of playing cards, a card is chosen at random and shuffled back in. Completely lost! A rubber band is wrapped around the deck and everything is placed on the table. Visually (with all eyes fixated on the deck) the selection leaps to the top, free from the rubber band.

In this trick, the performer introduces two decks of cards, one red and one blue. After shuffling his deck, a spectator is asked to name any card. The performer takes the two red kings from his pack and drops them on top of the spectators deck. Instantly and without the performer even touching the spectator’s cards the freely named selection appears in between the kings! The performer offers to do it again, only this time the spectator removes their red kings and drops them on top of the performer’s deck. Miraculously a card appears in between them! For a kicker finale, the spectator’s selection disappears from the performer’s deck and appears in the middle of the deck they have been in control of the entire time!

Michael's modern take on the old school Rising Card trick is great for both the beginner looking to dabble and the lazy professional. Although the method is easy, the effect stands strong.

After accidentally causing the wrong card to rise from the pack the magician magically changes it into the selection. Almost no sleight of hand is required and you end clean with the selection protruding from the middle of the deck.

Leap of Faith is a beautifully constructed piece of visual card magic by David Regal. It has all the elements that make for a good card trick including presentation, misdirection, and sleight of hand. The effect is straightforward; a card magically travels from one place to another. If you didn't get that, David makes it even more clear in the video. We love how both the effect and method take use of the kings. The T Change from Jeff Prace is a stunning color change that's surprisingly easy to do. Additionally, unlike similar color changes, the T Change doesn't leave a reversed card in the center, so you're left completely clean. From an ordinary deck, a card is turned face up and inserted into the center. Without any cover, the card visually morphs into another. It's simplicity is magical and the T Change is a great way to reveal a selected card regardless of your skill level.
