Healed and Sealed Soda 2.0

This DVD is very worthy of the many praises it has gotten. It shows fantastic instruction for one of the best ideas I have learned and is quality enough to gain spots in the acts of greats such as David Blaine. Definetly worth it!

Healed and Sealed 2.0 has got to be one of the most insanely visual and incredibly entertaining piece of magic I've ever come across within the last 7-8 years. The very first time I saw this performed was by David Blaine on one of his specials, and it was the one effect that stayed with me for days, weeks, months and then years until I was finally able to purchase it. When I say this is insanely visual, it is a huge understatement because those two words really doesn't do this effect any justice. People just FREAK when the can, which you had just shown to be empty starts to "heal" itself into a new, full can. Sometimes I notice that they are so overwhelmed that they can't help me drop their jaws to the floor and stare back and forth from you to the can. If you purchase and then perform this effect with the method of making it seem as you just picked up an empty can on the sidewalk, trash can, etc. Then immediately go into performing this, you are guaranteed to rock your spectators world.

Anders Moden does a really tremendous job on teaching you everything you will need and the know how to perform this effect almost anytime anywhere. Nothing is left to chance on this DVD, Anders literally covers absolutely everything there is about this effect, from the presentation to some incredible tips on how to take this idea of magically filling an empty can, to causing one type of soda to appear in a completely different can of soda!

Now, if by chance some of you already own a pamphlet with instructions from years and years ago, and you're probably wondering if you should bother spending $19.95 on an effect you already know the secret to. Since I only own the DVD, I cannot speak for what is written about this effect quite awhile ago, but I do know that there are some features offered on the DVD which was said to be released for the first time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has an older and out of date copy of this effect, because not only does Anders Moden to a tremendous job teaching, you will be shown subtleties and other ideas that will help make this effect as strong as possible.

In closing, this should be in every magicians close-up magic performance routine whether you're doing walk around, table hopping, cock-tail parties, and others. Think about it, a laymen watches you take an empty soda/beer can, while the can is crushed, and then you magically cause that can to heal itself and turn into a new sealed can. Every spectator that has seen this absolutely FREAK and run in disbelief at what they had just witnessed, because it really does look as if you're using magic to perform this effect. Although it's relatively easy to perform, that doesn't mean you shouldn't give the effect the time and patience it deserves while you learn how to perform this effect in the best and most believable way possible.
