In my opinion, the Pro Hand Exerciser is the best instrument to help improve the strength, speed, health and dexterity of the hands. This device is used to keep your hands in shape and improve the overall hand fitness. I thank the Buck twins for introducing such a useful device that helps you keep up with your cardistry.

I bought one of these about five years ago and its been something I've used almost every day since then. In sleight of hand magic, improving your dexterity, and strengthening your fingers is one of the biggest favors you can do for yourself and this is the tool to help you accomplish this. It works great while your driving in the car or watching a movie, and before long you'll just do it all the time without even thinking about it.

When I bought one of these i began to regret it thinking that it wouldn't help that much but then when i actually started to use it I loved it!! It's almost addictive knowing that every squeeze is making your fingers more dextrous. For anyone who wants to improve their finger dexterity and get better at sleight of hand then this is for them!

As a shameless plug, I actually did a series of posts on my blog about this product over the space of a few weeks to inform people as to its effectiveness. I personally use the heavy 9lbs, but will soon be ordering the extra heavy 11lbs seeing as the strength of my fingers has in fact seemed to improve.

In essence it took a good month of two, using this product frequently in order to start noticing a difference. I would walk around with it in my pocket using it no matter where I was, and it has worked wonders for my cardistry and magic. For some reason, performing certain sleights is now easier and holding a palm invisibly is a lot easier.

A great buy!

Personally, I think the Pro Hand Exercisers are one of the best products out right now for building finger strength. It's useful for musicians (I play guitar) as well as those in sports. The actual product in it self is great and for $20, it's a steal for the benefits it offers. My fingers have benefitted very well from the Pro Hand Exercisers. Stop thinking, and just buy it. You won't regret it!
